Total gross household income for the buyer must be under the following amounts based on household size:
1-person: $43,900
2-person: $50,200
3-person: $56,450
4-person: $62,700
5-person: $67,750
6-person: $72,750
7-person: $77,750
8-person: $82,800…..Buyers must submit income documentation for everyone who is expected to live in the house. For each person employed, we need their most recent 4 paystubs. If they receive social security income, we need their annual benefit letter. We will also need documentation of any child support, alimony, or any other income received by any household member. Household members over the age of 18 who do not receive any income will be required to sign a 0 income affidavit. Buyers will also need to submit tax returns for the prior three years. The buyer will be required to sign disclosures and certifications related to the deed restriction and the deed restriction will remain on the property until April 5, 2028.
